About Andrew

As a child and teen, Andrew Brightman was bullied for being overweight, and when he enlisted in the Army, he barely met the physical requirements. While serving nine years, including two overseas tours, Brightman became passionate about fitness, eventually becoming a peer coach for others in his unit. In 2019, after leaving the Army, Brightman founded Exponent Fitness in Minneapolis. The health and fitness company provides clients with personalized support that includes daily coaching, virtual workout options, weekly guidance from a nutritionist, and dedicated personal trainers who work with clients at their homes, offices, or gyms. Since opening, Exponent Fitness has experienced triple-digit revenue growth and served hundreds of clients, helping many shed diagnoses, including high cholesterol, obesity, and Type 2 diabetes.
